    摘要: 本研究旨在探討「家庭功能」、「家庭烹飪共餐活動」與「家庭幸福感」之間的關聯性,透過以家庭烹飪共餐活動邁入心盛狀態做為調節變項,進一步瞭解其在整個系統中的調節效果。
    本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料之蒐集,透過「立意抽樣」與「滾雪球抽樣」方式發放問卷,以北北基地區一週內參與「家庭烹飪共餐活動」2次以上之家庭成員為抽樣對象,研究工具包括:「個人背景資料調查表」、「家庭功能量表」、「家庭幸福感量表」及「家庭烹飪共餐心盛量表」。施測結果以統計套裝軟體SPSS 27.0進行結果分析,透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較及多元迴歸分析進行資料之統計分析。
    本研究結果發現:一、個人背景變項對家庭功能、家庭烹飪共餐活動及家庭幸福感有差異;具有較佳家庭功能與心盛者,對家庭幸福感的正向影響更顯著。二、家庭功能及家庭烹飪共餐活動與家庭幸福感有相關。三、家庭烹飪共餐活動對於家庭功能及家庭幸福感具有調節效果,可強化心盛對家庭幸福感的正向效果。四、家庭功能及家庭烹飪共餐活動與家庭幸福感具有預測力。
    根據研究結果建議:家庭烹飪共餐活動對家庭功能和幸福感有正向影響,尤其是提升心盛感受。參與烹飪共餐活動,可以增進家庭成員間的互動和溝通,強化情感連結,營造和諧的家庭氛圍。因此,建議家庭成員多安排共餐活動,以提升家庭幸福感。然而,需注意頻率過高可能導致角色期望與現實責任間的衝突,從而減弱其正向影響。

    The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between family function, flourishing through family cooking/dining, and family well-being. By the utilization of family cooking/dining activities as the moderating variable of entering a flourishing state of mind, this study can further understand its moderating effect in the entire system.
    This study adopted a questionnaire survey method for data collection, with questionnaires distributed through “purposive sampling” and “snowball sampling.” Family members who participated in the “Family Cooking and Dining Activities” more than twice in a week in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Keelung City were taken for sampling, along with tools of “Personal Background Information Questionnaire,” “Family APGAR Scale,” “Family Well-Being Scale,” and “Flourishing Scale with Family Cooking/Dining.” Test results are then analyzed by the statistical software package SPSS 27.0, specifically having the collected data undergo descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, and multivariate regression analysis.
    The results of this study revealed that:
    1. Personal background variables affected family function, flourishing through family cooking/dining, and family well-being differently. Those with better family function and flourishing have a more significant positive influence on family well-being.
    2. Family function and flourishing through family cooking/dining is correlated to family well-being.
    3. Flourishing through family cooking/dining has a moderating effect on family function and family well-being, and the strengthening of flourishing has a positive effect on on family well-being.
    4. Family well-being can be predicted based on family function and flourishing through family cooking/dining.
    Suggestions based on Study Results: Family cooking/dining activities have a positive influence on family function and family well-bring, especially in the area of enhancing the state of flourishing. Participation of family cooking/dining activities is able to enhance the interaction and communication between family members, strengthen emotional connection, as well fosters a harmonious family atmosphere. Therefore, it is recommended family members should engage in more family cooking/dining activities, thereby elevating overall family well-being. However, it must be noted that excessive engagement of these activities may lead to conflicts between character expectations and realistic responsibilities, which will weaken its positive influence.
