The invention of digital printing machines was not something that happened in recent years. Early inkjet printers were mostly used for printing advertisements or office machines. In the early days, digital printing was applied to textiles only for the development of samples. In practice, not only does the quality fail to meet industrial requirements, but the production efficiency also fails to meet commercial operation capabilities. Therefore, the textile industry only regards digital printing as a tool for pattern development and sample display. With the rapid development of science and technology, material science has progressed, the biggest change comes from the innovation of nozzle technology. The evolution of color control chips and the improvement of computer software (RIB software) have created the popularization of modern industrial digital inkjet printing machines. Because of the conditions of industrialization, people began to think about the possibility of digital printing machines in the textile industry. From simple cut-piece printing to cloth-style continuous printing, we even evaluate the feasibility of using printing instead of dyeing. These are the future digital printing machines that may cause great changes in modern textile processes.
The results of this study show that digital sublimation transfer printing saves the plate making process compared to traditional transfer printing and reduces the difference between samples and bulk goods. The overall cost can be saved by 10-20%, the cost of paper and dyes can be reduced by 5-10%, the production efficiency can be 10-20% faster than traditional methods and the finished product has richer colors. Since the amount of dye can be precisely controlled, the color fastness can be increased. Level 0.5. As far as the hardware environment is concerned, digital printing can save 20% of space usage and 20-30% of energy consumption, and ultimately reduce carbon emissions by 20-30%. It can achieve a "win-win" sustainable niche for both customer segments and operators.
