摘要: | 本研究旨在探討中高齡者的靈性健康與復原力之關係。本研究係以工作地或居住地在大臺北地區年滿55歲以上之中高齡者為施測對象,以紙本問卷透過便利取樣來進行抽樣。本研究共發放450份問卷,回收問卷438份,回收率為97.33%,其中有效問卷為426份。本研究所使用之問卷測量工具包括「個人基本資料」(8題),「靈性健康量表」(25題)、「Connor-Davidson復原力量表」(25題),共計58題。問卷回收後,使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、以及多元迴歸分析方法來進行資料分析。研究分析結果如下。
一、中高齡者之靈性健康與復原力狀態顯示良好,皆屬中上程度。
二、中高齡者之靈性健康會因不同的「生理性別」、「經濟狀況」、「宗教信仰」、「自覺身體狀況」以及「自覺心理狀況」而有顯著差異。
三、中高齡之復原力會因不同的「經濟狀況」、「自覺身體狀況」以及「自覺心理狀況」而有顯著差異。
四、中高齡者之「靈性健康」與「復原力」兩者整體構面呈現顯著的中度正相關。
五、中高齡者之「個人背景變項」及「靈性健康」對「復原力」具有預測力。
最後,根據本研究分析結果提供予政府機關、中高齡者及後續研究者作為參考依據。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual health and resilience among middle-aged and older adults. The study adopted survey method and recruited middle-aged and older adults who have reached the age 55 and above and residing or working in the Greater Taipei area. Convenience sampling was used to distribute paper-and-pencil questionnaires. A total of 450 questionnaires were distributed, and 438 returned with a response rate of 97.33% and among which were 426 valid responses. The questionnaire included the following measurement tools. “Personal background information” (8 items), “Spiritual Health Scale” (25 items), and “Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale” (25 items) with a total of 58 items. The study conducted analysis by statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post-hoc test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings are as follows. 1. Middle-aged and Older adults are found to be in good condition, generally reaching above-average level of “spiritual health” and “resilience.” 2. The level of “spiritual health” among middle-aged and older adults is significantly different in those who have different types of “physiological gender,” “economic status,” “religious beliefs,” “self-perceived physical condition,” and “self-perceived psychological condition.” 3. The level of “resilience” among middle-aged and older adults is significantly different in those who have different types of “education level,” “economic status,” “self-perceived physical condition,” and “self-perceived psychological condition.” 4. The relationships between spiritual health and resilience are shown to have positive correlation. 5. The predictive power of personal background variables and spiritual health on resilience were found. Based on the analysis results, this study provides reference points suggestions for government agencies, middle-aged and older adults, as well as future researchers. |
