摘要: | 疫情的爆發導致感染者身體功能部分受損,甚至可能嚴重引起肺部纖維化和呼吸衰竭。在疫情期間部分人接種了政府提供的認證疫苗以保護健康,同時更加注重健康飲食。假設購買有機農產品的消費者是出於關注健康意識、改善飲食行為和加強防疫態度的影響,這成為了他們在生活中選擇食品品質的新方向。
以「健康意識」、「飲食行為」、「防疫態度」、「有機農產品購買意願」四個變項探討(1)消費者對健康意識、飲食行為、防疫態度對購買有機農產品意願之現況。(2)「個人背景因素」不同對「健康意識」、「飲食行為」、「防疫態度」與「有機農產品購買意願」的差異情形。(3)「飲食行為」與「健康意識」之相關性。(4)「健康意識」與「防疫態度」之相關性。(5)「防疫態度」與「飲食行為」之相關性。(6)「健康意識」、「飲食行為」、「防疫態度」對「有機農產品購買意願」之相關性。(7)「個人背景因素」不同在「健康意識」、「飲食行為」、「防疫態度」對「有機農產品購買意願」的預測力。
本研究採立意取樣,研究對象為20歲以上曾在臺北地區購買過有機農產品為研究範圍,正式收集430位有效樣本。結果顯示(1)不同個人背景變項「年齡」、「教育程度」、「平均月收入」、「運動次數」對健康意識、飲食行為、防疫態度具有差異。(2)「飲食行為」與「健康意識」具正向影響。(3)「健康意識」與「防疫態度」具有正向影響。(4)「防疫態度」與「飲食行為」具有正向影響。(5)「飲食行為」、「防疫態度」對「有機農產品購買意願」具有正向影響。(6)不同個人背景變項「平均月收入」、「運動次數」對於「有機農產品購買意願」具有顯著差異。
The outbreak of the epidemic has caused partial impairment of the body functions of the infected person, and may even seriously cause pulmonary fibrosis and respiratory failure. During the epidemic, some people have been vaccinated with certified vaccines provided by the government to protect their health, and at the same time pay more attention to healthy diet. It is assumed that consumers who buy organic agricultural products are motivated by health awareness, improved eating behaviors, and the impact of strengthening epidemic prevention attitudes, which has become a new direction for them to choose food quality in their lives.
Using the four variables of "health awareness", "eating behavior", "epidemic prevention attitude", and "organic agricultural product purchase intention" to explore (1) the current status of consumers' health awareness, dietary behavior, epidemic prevention attitude and willingness to purchase organic agricultural products. (2) Differences of "personal background factors" on "health awareness", "dietary behavior", "epidemic prevention attitude" and "purchase intention of organic agricultural products". (3) The correlation between "eating behavior" and "health awareness". (4) The correlation between "health awareness" and "epidemic prevention attitude". (5) The correlation between "epidemic prevention attitude" and "eating behavior". (6) The correlation of "health awareness", "eating behavior", and "epidemic prevention attitude" to "purchase intention of organic agricultural products". (7) "Personal background factors" are different in the predictive power of "health awareness", "dietary behavior", and "epidemic prevention attitude" to "purchase intention of organic agricultural products".
In this study, intentional sampling was adopted, and the research subjects were those over 20 years old who had purchased organic agricultural products in Taipei area as the research scope, and 430 valid samples were formally collected. The results show that (1) different personal background variables "age", "education level", "average monthly income", and "exercise times" have different effects on health awareness, dietary behavior, and attitude towards epidemic prevention. (2) "Dietary Behavior" and "Health Consciousness" have a positive impact. (3) "Health awareness" and "epidemic prevention attitude" have a positive impact. (4) "Epidemic prevention attitude" and "eating behavior" have a positive impact. (5) "Diet behavior" and "epidemic prevention attitude" have a positive impact on "willingness to purchase organic agricultural products". (6) Different personal background variables "average monthly income" and "time of exercise" have significant differences in "willingness to purchase organic agricultural products". |
