手機已成為現今社會中的生活必需品，手機即時聯繫與多功能改變了人們的生活習慣，使用手機互動也變成一種維繫親密關係的重要方法。
本研究旨在探討手機依賴、情感聯繫、另一半手機依賴、親密關係滿意度之現況與相關性。研究採用問卷調查研究法，以有另一半且親密關係長度滿六個月以上的手機使用者為研究對象，採立意與滾雪球方式進行抽樣，透過網路問卷進行施測，實得有效樣本223份。研究工具為：「個人背景調查表」、「手機依賴量表」、「情感聯繫量表」、「另一半手機依賴量表」及「親密關係滿意度量表」；施測結果使用統計套裝軟體SPSS for Windows 22.0進行分析。
研究結果發現，年齡輕的、使用手機時間愈長的手機依賴愈高；年紀輕的、遠距離的、未每天見面的使用手機聯繫情感的程度愈高；未婚的親密關係滿意度較高；相處時另一半愈依賴手機，則親密關係滿意度愈低；個人手機依賴的程度高低會透過情感聯繫程度而影響親密關係滿意度，情感聯繫在兩者中具有完全中介效果。由此可知，手機依賴影響親密關係。
建議手機使用者皆能瞭解自己使用手機情形，並與另一半約定使用手機的共識；未能每天見面者、居住遠距離者可善加利用手機維繫感情，以促進親密關係的和諧融洽。
Smartphones have become an inseparable part of our daily lives. The many ways smartphones have changed people's lifestyle habits. Using smartphones to interact has become an important way to maintain romantic relationships.
The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships among smartphone users’ smartphone dependence, emotional connection, partner phubbing and romantic relationship satisfaction. This study used questionnaire method, taking samples with purpose and snowball by web surveys; 223 smartphone users who had been in romantic relationship for more than six months complete the questionnaire with valid responses. Research instruments included “Personal background questionnaire”, “Smartphone dependence scale”, “Emotional connection scale”, “Partner phubbing scale”, “Romantic relationship satisfaction scale”. The research analysis was conducted on SPSS 22.0 statistical software.
The findings were as followings: smartphone dependence was affected by age and using time. Those ages 26 to 30 were more dependent on smartphones than those over 41 years old. Those who use smartphones for more than 5 hours a day were more dependent than those who use them for 1-4 hours. In the findings of emotional connection, younger perform better than older, long-distance relationship perform better than short-distance relationship, and meet every other week perform better than meet every day. In the findings of romantic relationship satisfaction, unmarried perform better than married. In addition, romantic relationship satisfaction was negatively correlated with partner phubbing. Furthermore, the mediational effect in which smartphone dependence led to romantic relationship satisfaction through emotional connection. It can be seen that smartphone dependency does affect romantic relationships.
Suggests that smartphone users can understand how they use their smartphone. And make an agreement with partner to use smartphone. Those who can’t meet each other every day and those who are in long-distance relationship can make good use of smartphones to promote romantic relationship satisfaction.
