摘要: | 隨著科技的進步與人工智慧化的持續發展,人工智慧技術已成為社會發展的一個助力。傳統旅館業自2010年開始差異化逐漸模糊。近幾年的旅館業發展中,人力成本高、缺乏高素質人才、人員服務情緒化等問題陸續浮現。而產業為了使其更具競爭力,進而講求智慧服務技術創新、建築物聯一體、經營營運轉型,協助旅館商旅、飯店酒店轉為智慧客製化。人工智慧在相對條件下,能解決一些問題。而智慧型、物聯網也應用於旅館業,主動感知客戶需求、適時適地提供服務、提升客戶滿意度。運用智慧化技術使得服務更能精準、專業、個性、快速。若先將智慧服務運用到旅館業的前廳服務、客房服務、餐飲服務、、、等,它將會煥發出特別而且嶄新的光彩。但是智慧技術也存在許多不足之處。如;資料獲取不全面、人工智慧價格昂貴、智慧技術服務企業缺乏突破和創新。這些問題的出現,都將阻擋著旅館業智慧化的發展。因此要如何設計人工智慧技術的使用,對現今的業者和使用者來說是非常重要的。故從使用者的使用行為之滿意度歸納出適當的建議,供日後研究智慧技術產業規劃者作為參考。
