    Abstract: 隨著科技的進步與人工智慧化的持續發展,人工智慧技術已成為社會發展的一個助力。傳統旅館業自2010年開始差異化逐漸模糊。近幾年的旅館業發展中,人力成本高、缺乏高素質人才、人員服務情緒化等問題陸續浮現。而產業為了使其更具競爭力,進而講求智慧服務技術創新、建築物聯一體、經營營運轉型,協助旅館商旅、飯店酒店轉為智慧客製化。人工智慧在相對條件下,能解決一些問題。而智慧型、物聯網也應用於旅館業,主動感知客戶需求、適時適地提供服務、提升客戶滿意度。運用智慧化技術使得服務更能精準、專業、個性、快速。若先將智慧服務運用到旅館業的前廳服務、客房服務、餐飲服務、、、等,它將會煥發出特別而且嶄新的光彩。但是智慧技術也存在許多不足之處。如;資料獲取不全面、人工智慧價格昂貴、智慧技術服務企業缺乏突破和創新。這些問題的出現,都將阻擋著旅館業智慧化的發展。因此要如何設計人工智慧技術的使用,對現今的業者和使用者來說是非常重要的。故從使用者的使用行為之滿意度歸納出適當的建議,供日後研究智慧技術產業規劃者作為參考。
    With the continued development and progress of science and technology and artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence technology has become a booster of social development. The traditional hotel industry since 2010 began to blur the difference. Hotel industry development in recent years, the high labor costs, lack of qualified personnel, service personnel and other emotional problems beginning to surface. And in order to make the industry more competitive, thus emphasis on technological innovation intelligence service, with one building, business operations restructuring, to assist business travel hotels, restaurants hotels into wisdom customization. Artifi-cial Intelligence in relative terms, to solve some problems. And intelligent, things are also used in the hotel industry, the initiative to perceive customer needs, providing timely and appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction. The use of intelli-gence technology enables more accurate service, professional, personalized and fast. If the first use of intelligence services to the hotel industry lobby service, room ser-vice, catering services,, and so on, it will be full of special and new glory. But there are also many technical intelligence shortcomings. Such as; data acquisition not comprehensive, expensive and artificial intelligence, wisdom technology services companies lack breakthroughs and innovation. These problems are blocking the de-velopment of the wisdom of the hotel industry. So how to design using artificial in-telligence techniques to today's industry and users is very important. From the user's willingness to use it, use cases and experience summed up appropriate recommenda-tions for future research intelligence technology industry planners as a reference.
