摘要: | 本研究旨在探討雙北市國小學童家長對參與學校課後照顧班與私立安親班之選擇因素與滿意情形之相關性研究。
研究方法為問卷調查法,並擬採「立意取樣」方式,研究工具包括「家長選擇因素問卷」、「家長滿意情形問卷」,採李克特氏五點量表評定,與「個人背景變項」等編製成預試問卷初稿,其內容效度經五位學者專家審核修訂成預試問卷;共發出預試樣本數120份,有效回收104份(93.3%)。經統計分析Cronbach'α係數為.985,顯示預試問卷信、效度良好,故量表題項均保留。隨即發放正式樣本數為420份,有效問卷共計393份,有效回收率95%。結果以SPSS20.0統計套裝軟體,次數分配百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(若具顯著差異時進行Scheffe's事後檢定)、皮爾森積差相關等方法進行資料處理統計分析。
一、研究結果如下:
(一)雙北市國小家長在參與學校課後照顧班與私立安親班之選擇因素與滿意情形整體構面都感到重視及滿意。
(二)不同背景資料(年齡、職業、家庭型態、教育程度、家庭每月總收入、類別、居住地)之雙北市國小學生家長在參與學校課後班與私立安親班在選擇因素上大多達有極顯著差異(p<.001)。
(三)不同背景資料(年齡、職業、家庭型態、教育程度、月收入、參加類別、居住地)之雙北市國小學生家長在參與學校課後班與私立安親班在滿意情形上大多達有極顯著差異(p<.001)。
(四)雙北市國小學生家長在參與學校課後照顧班與私立安親班選擇因素與滿意情形達極顯著正相關(p<.001)。
二、建議事項如下:
(一)對課後照顧單位:持續了解家長及學童的需求,提供更多元的課後服務,及提供良好的師資與更具廣度及深度的課程。
(二)對教育單位:加強督導與輔導課後照顧單位,確保孩童得到應有的教養及保護。
(三)對家長:主動關心孩子的學習狀況及提出個別需求。
(四)對未來:在研究方法方面,可搭配深度訪談,讓研究結果更能符合需求,且更具參考價值。
This study is aimed at heightening the correlation of choice factors and satisfaction in after school private security class and care class.
The questionnaire with a Likert five-point scale were sampled fromprimary school children's parents in Taipei City and New Taipei City primary schools for this study. The pre-tested questionnaires Cronbach’s Reliability coefficient value was .985, which confirmed their validity and reliability. The data of 410 samples was investigated and 393 valid questionnaires were analyzed with the Social Science Statistics Package Software (SPSS)20.0 for Windows and the statistical analysis was carried out using Descriptive statistics, Independent sample t-test, Single-factor analysis of variace, Scheff's post hoc comparison, and Pearson's product-moment correlation.
The results are as follows:
1. The parents of primaryschool are all concerned and satisfied with the overall situation of choice factors and satisfaction in participating in after school private security class and care class.
2.With different background information like age, occupation, family style, education level, monthly income, type of participation, marital situation, residence of parents in participating the private security class and care class have significant differences in choice factors.
3.With different background information like age, occupation, family form, education level, monthly income, type of participation, marital situation, residence of parents in participating the private security class and care class have significant differences in satisfaction.
4. The choice factor is positively correlated with satisfaction (P<.001).
The suggestions are as follows:
1. For after-school care units:
Understanding the needs of parents and students, provide more after-school services, good teachers and more extensive and in-depth courses to primary school student.
2. For educational units:
Strengthen supervision and counseling after-school care units to ensure that children receive proper education and protection.
3. For parents:
Take the initiative to care about children's learning situation and put forward individual needs.
4. For the future:
In terms of research methods, it can use in-depth interviews, so that the research results can better meet the needs and have more reference value. |
