本研究旨在探討高中職教師之職場友誼與工作壓力對生活品質滿意度之現況,並分析不同個人背景變項之高中職教師職場友誼與工作壓力對生活品質滿意度的差異性與相關性。問卷調查以新竹縣市公私立高中職教師為研究對象,採便利抽樣方式,合計發出380份問卷,回收344份,回收率約90%,扣除填答不全無效卷58份,有效問卷共286份。主要研究結果如下:
一、高中職教師具有高職場友誼。
二、高中職教師具有中等工作壓力。
三、高中職教師具有高生活品質滿意度。
四、高中職教師職場友誼與工作壓力具有負相關。
五、高中職教師職場友誼與生活品質滿意度具有顯著正相關。
六、高中職教師工作壓力與生活品質滿意度具有顯著負相關。
This study aims to explore how the two elements – peer collegue friendship and job pressure- bring together to influence teachers’ satisfation on their life quality. Individual teacher’s educational background has been applied in the analysis as a varient to examine its relevance and discrepancy contributing to the result of the study.
The questionnaire survey takes public and private high school teachers in Hsinchu County as the research object. Convenient sampling method. 380 copies issued in total Questionnaire. 344 copies recovered. The recovery rate is about 90%. Deduct58invalid papers with incomplete answers. A total of 286 valid questionnaires. Below are key research findings:
1.The teachers are highly involved in peer collegue friendship.
2.The teachers bear middium level of job pressure.
3.The teachers are highly satisfied with their qualities of life.
4.Peer friendship and job pressure are negatively relatied in the study.
5.Peer friendship and sense of satisfaction on living qualities are positively
related.
6.Job pressure and sense of satisfaction on living qualities are negatively
related.
