    摘要: 隨著社會的發展,經濟快速成長,加上家庭結構的改變,導致個人的飲食觀念與生活展現在飲食上的生活型態有所不同。透過飲食所帶來在生理、心理、情緒、社會各方面的幸福感受對每個人都是極其重要。本研究目的在探討飲食生活型態與飲食幸福感之關聯研究,採用結構性問卷以網路方式對臺灣地區20歲至65歲民眾進行調查,探討在飲食方面上的「生活型態」與「幸福感」之現況,並進而探討這些變項間的關聯性。總共回覆 545 份,有效問卷 530 份,有效回覆率為 97.2%。
    研究工具包括:(1)「飲食生活型態量表」,涵蓋「崇尚健康」、「外食傾向」、「安全考量」、「美味取向」、「便利取向」、「健康用餐」六構面;(2)「飲食幸福感量表」,涵蓋「生理幸福感」、「心理幸福感」、「情緒幸福感」、「社會幸福感」四構面;(3)「個人基本資料」9題。所得資料以 SPSS18.0 for Windows 進行資料處理,分析方法包括描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及皮爾森積差相關分析等。研究結果顯示:
    壹、臺灣民眾個人背景變項對飲食生活型態各構面具差異性。
    貳、臺灣民眾個人背景變項對飲食幸福感有顯著的差異。
    參、飲食生活型態與飲食幸福感有顯著相關性。
    最後,本研究依據研究結果,對於臺灣地區民眾及後續研究提出建議,以供未來研究之參考。
    With the development of society, the rapid economic growth, and the change of family structure, the individual's dietary concepts are different from the lifestyle shown in diet. The physical, psychological, emotional, and social well-being brought about by diet is extremely important. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between dietary lifestyle and dietary well-being. A structured questionnaire was used to survey people aged 20 to 65 in Taiwan through the Internet to explore the "style of life" and "style of life" in terms of diet. The current situation of well-being", and then explore the relationship between these variables. There were a total of 545 responses and 530 valid questionnaires. The effective response rate was 97.2%.
    Research tools include: (1) "Dietary Life Style Scale", covering the six dimensions of "Advocating Health", "Tendency to Eat Out", "Safety Considerations", "Taste Orientation", "Convenience Orientation", and "Healthy Dining"; (2) The "Dietary Well-being Scale" covers the four dimensions of "Physical Well-being", "Psychological Well-being", "Emotional Well-being" and "Social Well-being"; (3) 9 questions on "Personal Basic Information". The obtained data are processed with SPSS21.0 for Windows, using descriptive statistical, One Sample t test, Independent Samples t test, one-way ANOVA, etc. research shows:
    1.Changes in the personal background of Taiwanese people have differences in their dietary lifestyles.
    2.Taiwanese personal background variables have significant differences in dietary well-being.
    3.Participation and dietary lifestyle have a significant correlation with dietary well-being.
    Finally, based on the research results, this research provides suggestions for the people in Taiwan and subsequent research for reference in future research.
