題名: | 上班族自我效能、工作滿意度與幸福感之研究 A Study on Self-efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Well-being of Office Worker |

摘要: | 過去幾十年來,幸福感是心理學研究的重要議題,心理學家泰勒‧本‧沙哈爾甚至直言:「幸福感是衡量人生的唯一標準,是所有目標的最終目標」。近年來世界上有許多國家,已開始使用「幸福指數」來當成衡量國家競爭力的指標之一,台灣亦於2012年將幸福指數正式納入官方指數,意即除了追求經濟競爭力之外,同時也要顧及人民非物質層面的「幸福競爭力」。
許多研究指出,「自我效能」及「工作滿意度」,對於幸福感的關係相當密切,且有助於幸福感的提升,因此本研究採調查法並以上班族為研究對象,探討三變項的關聯性。研究結果如下:
(一)大臺北地區上班族「自我效能」、「工作滿意度」與「幸福感」皆呈現中上(M>3.5)的現況,三者有顯著正相關,且「自我效能」、「工作滿意度」對「幸福感」有良好的預測力。
(二)「自我效能信念層面」構面上不論是低、中、高信念的受試者,與工作滿意度中「物質滿意」及「能力滿意」構面之低、中、高滿意的受試者,僅在「職場幸福感」上呈現顯著差異;而「自我效能能力層面」構面低、中、高能力的受試者,與工作滿意度「精神滿意」及「物質滿意」構面低、中、高滿意的受試者,也僅在「職場幸福感」上也有顯著差異。
(三)受試者對工作感到不滿意的經驗前3名依序為「對主管對待下屬的方式感到不滿意」、「與同事相處感到不滿意」、「對薪資感到不滿意」。
(四)受試者理想中的幸福前感3名依序為「家人過得好,與家人關係好就是幸福」、「身體健康就是幸福」、「有錢就是幸福」。
Over the past decades, well-being has been an important subject in psychology research. Psychologist Tyler Ben Shahar, as well as a leading practitioner in positive psychology and professor at Harvard university, firmly believes that well-being is the only measure of life - the ultimate goal of all goals.
In recent years, many countries has begun to use the “Well-being Index” to evaluate its competitiveness among others. In 2012, Taiwan has formally included the measure of well-being as an social indicator to monitor social system, meaning that in addition to pursuing economic competition, the government has also shown effort in taking care of people's non-physical aspects - people’s well-being competence.
Many studies have pointed out that “Self-efficacy” and “Job Satisfaction” are closely related to “Well-being” and contribute to the improvement of well-being, so this study adopts the investigation method and takes office workers as the research subject to explore the relationship among the three variables. The results of the study are as follows:
(A) The values of “Self-efficacy”, “Job satisfaction” and “Well-being” of office workers in the northern region are above the average (M>3.5). The three have significant positive correlation and “Self-efficacy” and “Job satisfaction” have good predictive power on “Well-being”.
(B) Subjects with low, medium and high beliefs in the “Self-efficacy Belief Aspect”, and low, medium and high-satisfying subjects with “Material Satisfaction ” and “Competence Satisfaction ” in “Job satisfaction” only in the “Workplace Well-being” is a significant difference. Among the level of low, medium and high-capacity subjects between the “Self-efficacy Competence Aspect” and the job satisfaction “Mental satisfaction” and “Material satisfaction” were also significant differences in “Workplace Well-being”.
(C) Based on experience, the subjects voted the top three causes leading to job dissatisfaction are, in sequence, “unsatisfied with the way supervisor treated the subordinates”, “negative workplace relationship” and “low compensation”.
(D) Subjects rated the top three relevant factors of well-being are accordingly, “good relationship with family and all is well with family”, “physical well-being”, and “financial well-being”. |
