In recent years, frequent geological disasters in sloping fields in Taiwan have occurred because of the impact of extreme weather. The Morakot disaster caused serious casualties and impacts in Kaoping River in 2009, and the Soudelor typhoon also caused serious regional landslide disaster events in northern Taiwan in 2015, had shown the importance of watershed management. The project intends to reinforce on-the-spot investigation and data evaluation of existing curriculums and combines with the learning-map courses for assessment of slope potential and resource and environmental data. This study will use team-based learning as the main theme of curriculum design, and encourage by group learning to formulate the variety of teaching strategies and to convert into effective learning through specific programs. When assessing the effectiveness of student learning, it is not only a quantitative score for students, but also provide students timely feedback and the direction of learning by evaluating the forms. Through the promotion and combination of this project, more environmental science research and discussion will be conducted.
