本研究目的為探究思考風格與創造力間的關係。抽樣尉級軍官568人,以鄭英耀、吳靜吉及黃正鵠(1996)編譯的思考風格量表測量思考風格,而以方瑋(2008)所編製的軍事組織傾向量表測量創造力。本研究將思考風格區分為個體與團體層次,並使用HLM的統計方法俾探究不同層次思考風格與創造力間的關係。首先以單層次的多元迴歸來統計分析,結果發現立法型、行政型及司法型思考風格均可正向預測創造力的表現。之後,進行跨層級的HLM分析後發現,1.軍種層次的思考風格得分無法解釋不同軍種創造力表現。2.在固定軍種層次的思考風格效果後,發現立法與行政二種思考風格可以解釋創造力的表現。3.當將個體層次對個體創造力影響視為隨機變動模式,在軍種間可以存在著變動時,發現了立法型思考風格可以正向預測創造力表現,而司法型思考風格則負向預測創造力表現。而在個體層次上,只有司法型思考風格可以預測創造力的表現。4.軍種層次的思考風格調節了個人層次思考風格與創造力間的關係。本研究結果將可應用於軍事組織,俾提升組織創造力,提升戰備與作戰效能。
The purpose of this study was to explore relationship between thinking style and creativity. 568 lieutenant officers were asked to complete Thinking Style Scale and Creative Tendency Scale for Military Organization was respectively measured for their thinking styles and creativity. This research distinguished thinking styles from personal and group level. Besides, the relationship between different levels of thing styles and creativity was investigated by using hierarchical linear model (HLM). First, the results analyzed by multiple regression of single level revealed legislative、executive and judicial thinking styles could positively predict creativity. Then, the results analyzed by HLM showed that: (a) Thinking style of service level could not explain creativity of different armed services. (b) Legislative and executive thinking styles could explain creativity after controlling the effect of thinking style of service level. (c) While regarding the influence of personal level on personal creativity as a model of stochastic change, legislative thinking style could positively predict creativity, judicial thinking style negatively predicted creativity. Moreover, judicial thinking style could predict creativity on the personal level. Furthermore, (d) service level of thinking style mediated the relationship of personal level of thinking style and creativity. Those results could be applied to military organization in order to promote organization creativity, combat readiness, and efficiency of battle.
