紅景天爲多年生草本或亞灌木植物,爲亞洲與東歐常用之藥材,本研究以高效液相層析儀(HPLC)探討市售紅景天中活性成分salidroside及p-tyrosol之含量,結果顯示salidroside及ptyrosol之標準曲線分別於50~400μg/mL及25~400μg/mL的濃度範圍內,呈現良好之線性關係(r=0.9998)。同日間(intra-day)與異日間(inter-day)試驗之相對標準偏差各爲0.35~3.13%與0.09~1.79%;回收率平均值各爲101.5%與97.5%。在十二種市售藥材檢品中,每克藥材之salidroside含量介於1.78~18.63mg之間;而p-tyrosol含量介於0.28~7.56mg之間。
Rhizoma Rhodiola, a perennial herbaceous plant, is a traditional medicine mainly used in Asia and Eastern Europe. Salidroside and p-tyrosol are bioactive constituents of Rhizoma Rhodiola. The goal of this study was to develop an HPLC method for determining salidroside and p-tyrosol in Rhizoma Rhodiola. The results showed good linear relationships between the corresponding peak area and concentration. The linear calibration range of salidroside and ptyrosol were 50~400 μg/mL (r=0.9998) and 25~400 μg/mL (r=0.9998), respectively. The relative standard deviation of marker substances for intraday and interday analyses were 0.35~3.13% and 0.09~1.79%, and the average recovery rates of the salidroside and p-tyrosol were 101.5% and 97.5%, respectively. The salidroside and p-tyrosol contents ranged between 1.78~18.63 and 0.28~7.56 mg/g for twelve raw material samples of Rhizoma Rhodiola.
