隨者生活品質的提升,人們對於工作生活品質的要求也愈來愈高,除了薪資也重視工作的權益、福利、成就、公平性等職場的內涵,「工作生活品質」儼然已成為求職、任職之關鍵因素。本研究以臺灣北部地區美容從業人員為研究對象,其旨在探討美容從業人員「工作生活品質」之現況,提供美容從業人員求職;美容業者、企業體人力資源管理之參考,以期建立雙方互利良好之合作關係。本研究採用「調查法」,實得有效樣本355份,研究結果發現,美容從業人員之「工作生活品質」略傾向於「滿意」之狀況,其中以「人際關係」面向之滿意度最佳,「家庭生活」面向之滿意度最差,美容從業人員平均的年齡約為29歲,教育程度約有五成為高中職畢業,有六成為未婚,平均的工作年資約為6年,有八成持有美容證照。
With the improvement of quality of living, the demand for higher quality of people's working life has also increased. People value their benefits, welfare, success, and rights as important as their income. 「Quality of Working Life」 has become the key factor on job searching and employment.This research is a case study on the beauticians in the Northern Taiwan. It's main objective is to study their current status of 「Quality of Working Life」. This research also wishes to provide valuable information and mutual benefits for beautician in job searching, as well as for cooperation and human resource management in the related fields.This research used 「investigation」 method, with 355 effective questionnaire samples. The result of this study shows the most of the beauticians are 「satisfied」 with their Quality of working life. They are mostly satisfied on their 「relationship with others」, Where as they are most dissatisfied on their 「relationship with family」. The beauticians in Northern Taiwan average about 29 years of age. 50% of them graduated from high schools. 60% of them are still single. The average of working experience is about 6 years. 80% of them have license in cosmetology.
