摘要: | 本研究旨在探討大臺北地區國小學生家長參與學校家庭教育活動類型及滿意度情形,並進一步了解不同個人背景變項之國小學生家長在「參與學校家庭教育活動類型」與「參與滿意度」之差異,及「參與學校家庭教育活動類型」與「參與滿意度」之相關性。
本研究方法為問卷調查法,並採「立意取樣」方式,選擇臺北市及新北市各四所國小學生家長,實得有效問卷395份。測量工具包含個人基本資料調查表、參與活動現況量表及參與滿意度量表。所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後檢定法、t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法分析。研究結果如下:
一、描述性統計結果:在「與學童關係」的家長方面,母親為最多,佔74.7%;家長的「教育程度」方面,大學畢業為最多,佔36.7%;「家庭型態」分布狀況為小家庭最多,佔73.7%。
二、在家長參與整體「學校家庭教育活動類型」平均數為1.93,因本分量表問卷採用Likert四點量表,數值以四點量表計分標準,接近於不常參加,且僅「親職教育」活動類型參與情形略高於其他家庭教育活動類型。在整體「參與滿意度」平均數為2.94,接近於大部分同意。
三、在家長參與「家庭教育活動類型」與「參與滿意度」二變項呈現.001顯著正相關(r=.194,P=.000),意即家長參與家庭教育活動之程度越高,則其滿意程度越高。
根據上述研究結果,建議學校可再加強宣導及營造全體師生與家長對家庭教育的重視,並向主管機關主動提出需求及實施家庭教育活動之困境,以落實推動家庭教育之成效,及相關推動家庭教育部門進一步合作與聯繫,將相關計畫加以整合或分配實施,以減少人力及相關資源的支出,俾利學校在執行上更加簡明,使各相關部門能權責分明,進而貫徹落實家庭教育法之宗旨。
This study aims to investigate the types and satisfaction of participation in school family education activities of elementary school student's parents in the greater Taipei area and further realize the differences and relativity regarding "The type of participation in school family education activities" and "participation satisfaction" for different personal background variables of elementary school student's parents.
This research method is based on the questionnaire, and adopt "purposive sampling" approach, Selecting the questionnaires from student's parents of 4 Taipei City elementary schools and 4 New Taipei City elementary schools, actually gets 395 valid questionnaires. Measuring Tools contains Basic personal information questionnaire, Participation Status Scale and Participation Satisfaction Scale made by the researcher. The resulting data were analyzed with relevant statistical methods as the Frequency distribution, Percentage test, Average,Standard deviation, One -way ANOVA, Scheffe's method, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation.
The research results are as the following:
1.Descriptive statistical results: In the "relationship with the students' parents regard mother most, accounting for 74.7%; Educated" parents respect, most college graduates, accounting for 36.7%; "Home type" distribution of most small families, accounting for 73.7%.
2.Regarding parental involvement in the whole "Family Education Activity Type" overall average was 1.93, due to the scale questionnaire is used with Likert four-point scale, and the data are based on four-point scale scoring standard, close to participate infrequently, and only the "Parent Education" type of activity participation is slightly higher than the other Family Education Activity Types. In the overall "satisfaction of participation." The average is 2.94, closed to most agreed.
3.Regarding parental involvement in "Family Education Activity Type" and "Participation satisfaction." the two variables presented .001 significant Positive correlation (r=.194, P=.000), that means if the participation level of parental involvement in Family Education Activity is higher, then the relevant satisfaction level is higher as well.
Based on the above findings, recommend that schools can then strengthen outreach and create a focus on family education to all staff, students and parental, and propose requirement actively to the competent authority and predicament of family education activities implementation, to implement and promote the effect of family education, and promote the relevant Family Education Sector for further cooperation and contacts, and integrate the relevant plan or assign to implement, in order to reduce manpower and expenditure of related resources, more simple in execution for schools, and the relevant departments have also clearly define the roles, further implement the purpose of the Family Education Law. |
