本研究的目的是在探討臺北市公私立幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境對於幼兒體適能之影響,並比較公私立幼兒園在戶外運動遊戲環境與幼兒體適能之差異,以及瞭解幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境與幼兒體適能之關聯性。
本研究採立意取樣,以臺北市240所公私立幼兒園為調查對象,研究方法採問卷調查法輔以開放性問題,研究工具包含「公私立幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境之現況調查問卷」及「幼兒體適能成績表」等二個部分。發放問卷共計240份,回收有效問卷84份,回收率35%。資料蒐集後,利用SPSS for Windows 20.0中文版統計軟體進行資料分析
,所得資料以描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、Scheffe’s法進行事後比較、Pearson積差相關分析和多元逐步迴歸預測分析等統計方法考驗四項研究假設。
研究結果發現如下:公私立幼兒園在幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境上,部分具有顯著差異;幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境與幼兒體適能,部分具有顯著差異;男女幼兒在體適能表現上具有顯著差異;幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境與幼兒體適能,部分具有顯著相關;以及幼兒園戶外運動遊戲環境能有效預測幼兒體適能。
綜合上述研究結果,提出研究建議以供幼兒園園長、主任及教師,幼兒家長,教育行政主管機關及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of the study was to investigate public and private preschool in Taipei City of the Impact of outdoor playground environment toward children's physical fitness, and to compare the differences of these public and private preschool on the outdoor playground environment and children's physical fitness. in order to understand the correlation between preschool outdoor playground environment and children's physical fitness.
The methods applied in this study were purposive sampling. The participants of this study were 240 public and private preschool in Taipei City. The study was conducted by a questionnaire survey. Study instruments include "Questionnaire of public and private preschool's outdoor playground environment and children's physical fitness results two parts". A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed for the study, of which 84 were effective. the effective rate was 35%. The SPSS for Windows 20.0 was used for statistical analysis. The result data analysis included descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc method, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to predict four test hypotheses.
The results indicate that : The public and private preschool outdoor playground environment there are some significant differences; The preschool outdoor playground environment and children's physical fitness, there are some significant differences; Male children and Female children have significant differences in the physical fitness performance; Preschool outdoor playground environment and children's physical fitness there are some significant correlation; The preschool outdoor playground environment can predict children's physical fitness.
Based on these conclusions and findings, several suggestions for preschool's director and teacher, parents, educational administration authorities and future studies are proposed.
