Abstract:	一、本研究將設法界定目前國內白花文心蘭切花外銷常見之採收後品質劣變問題，並嘗試改善外銷切花預措之方式，主要測試項目包括小花開放數目及程度，瓶插壽命等。預措方式之改善主要在於乙烯抑制劑處理種類，濃度，時間，保鮮管內藥劑配方之配製，配方主要為不同糖類之比較，殺菌劑濃度及處理時間等。此外，由於目前國內白花文心蘭外銷尚屬起步階段，若於試驗期間發現採收後處理流程有所缺失，亦將機動性予以改善建議。 The present study will try to identify the major problems encountered during the postharvest handling of cut white flower Oncidium exported to Japan and try to improve the pretreatment methods of cut flowers. The main items investigated will be numbers and degrees of florets opened and vase life. Improvement of pretreatment will be achieved by comparing various formula of pulsing and holding solutions for pretreating the cut flowers. The concentration and treating period will be tested and improved. During the experiment, extra problems encountered will also be solved.
