    摘要: 本研究以大台北地區國際觀光旅館業管理階層為研究對象,探討大台北地區實習生的實習現況,探究實習生在實習過程中的優勢或欠缺的專業能力為何?實習生在學校所學習的專業能力是否落實在實習的工作表現?實習生整體表現是否影響管理階層對於實習生的實習成效滿意度?本研究以便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,受測對象必須和實習生有直接接觸之主管,且工作需達六個月以上之管理階層。問卷共發放420份問卷,回收有效問卷392份。
      研究結果顯示,不同婚姻狀況之管理階層對於實習生的專業技能與工作表現具有顯著差異;不同教育程度之管理階層對於實習生的專業能力、專業技能、專業態度與工作表現具有顯著差異;任職飯店年資的長短對於實習生的專業能力、專業技能與工作表現具有顯著差異。管理階層對於實習生的專業能力及子構面之專業技能、專業態度與工作表現有顯著的正向影響;管理階層對於實習生的工作表現與實習成效滿意度具有顯著的正向影響;管理階層對於實習生專業能力及子構面之專業技能、專業態度與實習成效滿意度是有顯著的正向影響。
    In this study, the Taipei international tourist hotel industry management is the subject. I discuss the status of the greater Taipei area internshipand and explore the advantages or lack of professional competence of the intern in the internship process. Is what the interns learned in school implemented in a professional capacity internship job performance? Do the overall performances of Interns affect the satisfaction of management trainee? In this study, convenience sampling questionnaires are adopted, and the subject under test and interns must have direct contact with the supervisor, and the management needs more than six months of working experience. 420 questionnaires were distributed, and 392 were valid questionnaires.
      The results show that different marital status management expertise for interns and job performance is significantly different; different educational levels of management expertise for interns’ professional skills, professional attitude and job performance is significantly different; work length of seniority in hotel for interns professional competence, professional skills and job performance has significant differences. Management expertise for interns and sub-dimensions of professional competence, professional attitude and job performance has a significantly positive correlation; management trainee job performance and internships achievement satisfaction has a significantily positive correlation; management for internships’ professional competence and professional skills of the sub-dimensions, professional attitude and internships achievement satisfaction is significantly positively correlated.
