在多元民主的現代社會裡,同志身份不僅是性取向,也是一種身份認同。世界先進國家的同志在法律與社會上的地位也日漸提升,反觀國內,同志旅遊亦僅處於初萌芽的階段,不但旅遊資訊並未獲得整合,旅遊產品與旅遊安全亦無整體性的規劃與管理。因此,本研究基於為同志族群發聲的目的,採取探索性的質性研究進路,以半結構式大綱的深度訪談法了解男同志關於參加同志團體套裝旅遊的意願、需求與動機,以及他們對於參加團體套裝旅遊的不滿之處,並藉此提出事實分析以及深入之建言,以供旅行業者與政府等相關人士規劃同志旅遊事業之參考。
In the modern democratic and pluralistic society, the identity as a homosexual is not only a sexual orientation, but also a self-identity. In many well-developed modern society, the legal and social status of any homosexual is well-recognized. Unfortunately, homosexual tourism in Taiwan is still in its budding phase. Information regarding homosexual tourism is not integrated, but also its products and safety considerations are not well-organized and managed as a whole. Thus, the purpose of this thesis statement is to speak out for the homosexuals by providing a perspective, exploratory and qualitative research and also adopts the semi-structured in-depth interview method as its substantial procedure. The interviewees for this research are typical gay living in Taipei city. The target of this research is to obtain the wishes, needs and motivations which gay have regarding the GPT (Group Package Tour) and also explored their discontent with straight GPT. This discovery of the great lack of accommodations and services for the gay community within Taipei acts as a motive to improve the travel agencies’ and governments’ approach to society and its needs.
