本研究探討由領導者形成的組織文化,形成員工間信任關係的建立、以及組織內知識流動與知識分享成效間的關係,主要研究對象以外部知識交換頻繁及組織內部知識分享頻繁的行業為主,從一線的業務人員或中、高階RD人員等。
因此將以電子業中的IC通路業、電腦週邊零組件產業、光電產業及金融業等,進行問卷調查。研究發現,企業領導人理念會顯著影響員工間的信任關係,進而促進組織內部創新、發展上所需之知識的交流與分享。
