The purpose of the research is to investigate what affect the personality traits and work value have on the willingness into hospitality industry. The subjects of students were grades 2 and 3 students studying in the Department of Food & Beverage of S School under rotary cooperative education program in Current New Taipei City.
The study methods were literature analysis and questionnaire. There were 521 questionnaires sent out and 521 taken back. The retake rate of valid questionnaires was 100 %.
The research method for example, descriptive distribution, T-test analysis, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, and multiple regression analysis.
The major conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. The different individual factors (like gender, grade of internship, department of internship, unit of internship) have made significant difference in personality traits, concept t of work value, and the willingness into hospitality industry.
2. The individual factors, personality traits, and work value had significant relationship with the willingness into hospitality industry.
3. The individual factors, personality traits, and work value had significant effect on the willingness into hospitality industry.
The above inclusions can be shared with entrepreneur and concerning scholars. They also provide the basis of the future direction with concerning researchers.
