【Abstract】
The incentive tours have received growing attentions in travel industry, however, few studies explore the issue or to propose the key success factors for incentive tours from the perspective of travel agents. The corresponding purpose of this study is to address this problem, using the method of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to examine the key success factors (KFS) related to holding an incentive tour through the opinions of travel agents who are in charge incentive tours at travel agencies in Taipei. The results show the key success factors consist of seven factors, which in sequence are hotel arrangements, them activities, project team, excursions, itinerary briefing, restaurant, and transportations. The findings are useful for both practitioners and researchers.
