Surveying the beneficiaries of unemployed payment in the Great Taipei Area, this thesis studies the following issues: 1.The degree of function fulfillment of unemployed payment in the insurance system; 2.The differences in satisfaction of the beneficiaries with different basic materials; and 3.The correlation between the degree of function fulfillment and the degree of satisfactions of the beneficiaries.
The results of the study reveal that the current system of unemployment insurance fulfills the presupposed functions quite well. The current system presents positive value in providing livelihood security and enhancing the willingness of searching job.
