    题名: 失業給付功能達成與民眾滿意度研究

    摘要: 鑑於近年來我國失業情形增加，現行就業保險制度是否能夠提供民眾失業期間應有之生活保障，並發揮促進就業之功能，乃成為值得檢視之課題。以大台北地區正在請領失業給付的民眾作為研究對象，本論文探討以下幾項議題：1.就業保險中的失業給付達成預設社會功能之程度。2.基本資料變項不同之受領人在滿意度上之差異。和3.失業給付功能達成度與民眾滿意度之相關性。
    　　本論文之研究發現，現行失業給付制度之施行，頗能達成預期之功能。無論是在生活保障或者促進就業上，現行之失業給付制度都顯示了正面價值，不過，基本資料變項（如性別、年齡和受訪者是否為家中主要收入來源）不同之受領人，對於現行失之業給付制度表現出不同程度的滿意度。

    Abstract
    In view of the increase of unemployment in Taiwan in the recent years, the current system of unemployment insurance is worth to be examined in terms of its functions in providing livelihood security and enhancing the willingness of searching job. Surveying the beneficiaries of unemployed payment in the Great Taipei Area, this thesis studies the following issues: 1.The degree of function fulfillment of unemployed payment in the insurance system; 2.The differences in satisfaction of the beneficiaries with different basic materials; and 3.The correlation between the degree of function fulfillment and the degree of satisfactions of the beneficiaries.
    The results of the study reveal that the current system of unemployment insurance fulfills the presupposed functions quite well. The current system presents positive value in providing livelihood security and enhancing the willingness of searching job. However, the beneficiaries with different basic materials (such as gender, age and whether the respondent is the major income resource of the family) express differences in the degree of satisfaction.
