本研究旨在探討社群網路服務對於以資訊資源管理為議題之非同步線上討論區的影響。論文建置一具有維基討論模式的網路社群系統平台,學習者依照其使用Facebook的習慣予以分組參與討論,藉由Facebook的訊息通知服務來熱絡非同步線上討論,讓學習者達到反思的學習成效。經學習歷程資料庫以及Facebook通知服務來綜合判斷學習者對於非同步討論區上組員意見的回應。本研究並以問卷調查學習者對於所經歷之學習方式的滿意度,將實驗所得資料予以統計分析,提供對於資訊資源管理課程學習認知之教學建議,期許能提供參考予更多後續研究。
In this thesis, we discuss the effect of a social network service used by an asynchronous discuss forum on the learning of information resource management. The thesis establishes a social network platform which was modeled as a Wiki. The learners group by their behavior on using Facebook and devoted themselves on the discussion. We use a Facebook service to hint learners to do a reflection on the assigned topics. This research also established an e-portfolio via discussion logs. In addition, learning satisfaction and feedback analysis are taken into consideration when evaluating the learning styles. We expect the results can offer reference assistance for future research.
