Students are often reluctant to ask questions in the classroom, inhibited perhaps by self-consciousness and a fear of appearing ignorant. To help alleviate this situation, the Language Center of the Chinese Culture University established a "Question and Answer Table," where students could write questions in a notebook which was then passed along to native English speakers, whose responses were added to the notebooks. These collections of questions and answers were then left at the table for all to peruse. This paper presents an identification, collection, review and presentation of selected questions, with their answers, and comments by this author. It is expected that this research will provide additional insights into the learning needs of students.
