The purpose of this is to discuss the course of action research that the ballet teacher uses RAD II teaching material on childrens’ ballet class. The reseacher realizes the principle about professional ballet pedagogy by cycle model.
In order to solve the class dilemma, the researcher face on. In this study, the Ballet II 14 students in Prima Ballet studio as research purpose. Used the action research method in qualitative approaches, and implements this method during twenty courses. I observed some , data, teaching daily, and student’s learning sheet, etc. Based on those collection data, I analyzed, in-depth reflection those and have following results as below:
1. Used RAD ballet to enhance students’ knowledge and mastery of movement skills.
2. Used RAD ballet can improve student interest in learning.
3. It could help to clarify the teaching beliefs by action research.
4. Obviously researchers teaching expertise got growth.
