    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討教師運用RAD第二級教材於學齡兒童之行動歷程,透過此研究循環模式教學之歷程,實現教師自身專業教學實踐之理想。

      為解決研究者自身所面臨的教學問題,本研究以Prima Ballet工作室Ballet II 14位學生為研究對象,採質性取向的行動研究法,實施二十堂教學活動。再依觀察紀錄、教學省思札記、學生學習回饋單、親師手冊、問卷、媒體紀錄等資料蒐集及實際的行動循環歷程,進行深入反思、分析、歸納研究結論如下:

    一、運用RAD芭蕾教材提升學生對動作認知與掌握動作技巧。
    二、運用RAD芭蕾教材有助於學生學習的興趣。
    三、藉由行動研究模式,有助於釐清自身教學信念。
    四、研究者自身教學之專業知識有明顯成長。

    The purpose of this is to discuss the course of action research that the ballet teacher uses RAD II teaching material on childrens’ ballet class. The reseacher realizes the principle about professional ballet pedagogy by cycle model.
    In order to solve the class dilemma, the researcher face on. In this study, the Ballet II 14 students in Prima Ballet studio as research purpose. Used the action research method in qualitative approaches, and implements this method during twenty courses. I observed some , data, teaching daily, and student’s learning sheet, etc. Based on those collection data, I analyzed, in-depth reflection those and have following results as below:
    1. Used RAD ballet to enhance students’ knowledge and mastery of movement skills.
    2. Used RAD ballet can improve student interest in learning.
    3. It could help to clarify the teaching beliefs by action research.
    4. Obviously researchers teaching expertise got growth.
