Abstract:	摘要本研究旨在探討國小學童的家務參與情形與家務公平觀及其影響因素。本研究採問卷調查法，以立意取樣方式對臺北市、新北市的六所國小一到六年級學童進行調查，有效樣本共905份。研究主要發現如下：一、家務參與方面 1.國小學童的家務參與情形普遍偏低，但參與個人家務比參與家人共同家務多。 2.國小學童國小就學年數越高，家務參與越多。 3.國小學童大多喜歡做家事。且越喜歡做家事，家務工作參也越多。 4.女生參與家務工作的情形明顯高於男生，但女生每週上課輔才藝天數越多，家務參與越低。二、家務公平觀方面 1.國小男生參與家人共同家務越多，對家務分工越感到公平。 2.國小學童越喜歡做家事，則對家務分工越感到公平。 3.國小學童家務分工公平的概念（均等、需要、優勢）會顯著的影響家務分配的公平感受。關鍵字：國小學童、家務參與、家務公平觀 Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the housework participation and the sense of housework fairness for elementary school students. A total numbers of the sample is 905, selected from elementary schools in Taipei City and New Taipei City. The main conclusions of this research are as following: Ⅰ. The housework participation: 1. The students do few housework in their homes, and they more self-care tasks than family-care tasks. 2. The students do more housework, when they have higher schooling in elementary school. 3. Most elementary school students like to do housework. When they have more preference in housework, they will do more the housework at home. 4. Female students do more housework than male students do. But, when female students who joined more days for the after school programs, who did less housework at home. Ⅱ. The sense of housework fairness: 1. The male elementary school students who do more family-care tasks tend to have more the sense of fairness in the division of housework. 2. When having more preference in housework, elementary school students will tend to have sense of fairness in division of housework. 3. The concept of fairness (egalitarian, benevolent, and meritarian) will significantly affect the students’ sense of fairness in housework division.
