    題名: 高中職美容科女性教師生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙及滿意度相關研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討高中職美容科女性教師生涯自我效能、生涯阻礙及滿意度之相關情形。本研究主要採問卷調查法,針對台灣地區 68 所高中及高職學校,計約 389 名美容科女性教師為主要研究對象,有效問卷為 353份,回收率 90.75﹪。將問卷以描述性統計、信效度、皮爾遜積差相關、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析其重要結果﹕
    一、不同年齡、服務年資、教師資格、學校規模、學校位置、專業證照之高中職美容科女性教師在生涯自我效能上達顯著差異。
    二、不同職務、教育程度、婚姻狀況、學校規模、學校位置之高中職美容科女性教師在生涯阻礙上達顯著差異。
    三、不同年齡、服務年資、不同職務、教育程度、婚姻狀況、學校規模、學校位置、教師資格、專業證照之高中職美容科女性教師在滿意度上達顯著差異。
    四、高中職美容科女性教師主要是在同事關係及學生表現與生涯自我效能擁有顯著差異,由於教學範圍多是在北部區域,且大部分之女性教師多是已取得專業證照,在競爭激烈的環境下使得教師對於本身之要求也會提升,也因此可以達到較高之生涯自我效能,並獲得較多之工作滿意。
    五、高中職美容科女性教師特別在工作滿足及學生表現上,會受到生活阻礙之影響產生負向的關係。研究對象中之女性教師擔任之職務主要為級任教師,對於學生表現可以直接的獲得資訊,若是學生表現不若預期就會造成工作上之受挫,對於自己教學工作的進行感到不滿足之情況便容易產生。
    六、依據本研究之結果,提出有助於女性教師生涯發展的相關建議,在教學過程之中日積月累所產生之壓力對於教學內容會造成極大之負面影響,而校方則是可透過行政體制來減緩教學之壓力,例如固定提供相關心理諮詢、進行校外聯誼或是學校間之學術交流、增加聘任教師等措施,藉由行政措施之制訂,一方面可以減緩教學壓力,一方面也能降低教師生活阻礙之產生。
    A Study Of Career Self-Efficacy, Career Barriers and
    Satisfaction for Female Cosmetic Teachers of Vocational High Schools

    The main purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among the careerself-efficacy, career barriers and Satisfaction for Female Teachers in Cosmetology and beveragedepartment of the vocational high schools. The survey was conducted for this study. Thesubjects were the female teachers of the food and beverage department from 68 vocational high schools in Taiwan, having 389 teachers to do the questionnaires for data collecting.353 acceptable questionnaires were collected. The return rate is 90.75﹪. The samples dataanalysis used descriptive statistic、step-wise multiple regression analysis one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation analysis.
    The principle findings of this research were as follows:
    1.Different ages, years of service, teacher qualifications, school size, school location, professional certification of female teachers in senior high school beauty on the career self-efficacy are significant difference.
    2.Various positions, education, marital status, school size, location of the senior high school teachers in beauty are significant differences on the career hindered.
    3.Different ages, years of service, different positions, education, marital status, school size, school location, teacher qualifications, professional licenses of senior high school female teachers in the beauty on the satisfaction are significant differences.
    4.Senior high school cosmetology department is mainly female teachers in the relationship between colleagues and student performance and career self-efficacy has significant differences, mostly because the scope of teaching in the northern region, and most of the mostly female teachers have to obtain professional licenses in the competitive environment makes its own requirements for teachers will increase, and therefore can achieve higher career self-efficacy, and get more of job satisfaction
    5.Senior high school female teachers especially in the cosmetology department and student performance on job satisfaction, life would be to hinder the negative effects of the relationship. Female teachers in the study served as the main duties of any teacher for the class for student performance can be direct access to information, if student performance does not work if the setback will result in expected for the conduct of their teaching was not satisfied with the situation is prone.
    6.Based on results of this study, female teachers had contributed to the development of career-related suggestions for female teachers, school-related units and reference to future researchers.
