Science fair in China's long history, teachers and students to participate in the exhibition contest, more interest and a strong curiosity in science. And scientific research do not give up hold the spirit of upholding, the study of science exhibition, the greatest achievement is the driving force behind the scenes from science fairs instructor. Therefore, this study leisure satisfaction as mediator, teachers casual relationship between serious leisure traits, leisure motivations, leisure satisfactions and behavior intentions of the science fair instructors.
In this study, teachers in science fairs for the study guide, convenience sampling method adopted during the science fairs. The results show, serious type of leisure behavior on leisure satisfaction and intentions are influenced; leisure motivation of leisure satisfaction and behavioral intentions are influenced; leisure satisfaction and behavioral intentions relevant. Seriously affect the type of casual leisure motivation will be positive; The results show that leisure satisfaction seriously characteristics and behavioral intention of leisure full mediator; leisure satisfaction, leisure motivation, and behavioral intentions as part of mediator.
