A Study on Unity of Action and Character of Cao Cao and Chen Gong in Beijing Opera
Abstract
This is a study on unity of action and character of historical personage Cao Cao and Chen Gong in create of literature and art. Research basis by theories of poetic truth in Aristotle’s "Poetics". The main subjects are History, Novel and Beijing Opera. Study on unity of action and character of "Records of Three Kingdoms" , "Records of Three Kingdoms" ‘s Notes, "the Romance of Three Kingdoms" and the Plays of Beijing Opera as a Unity Version. Finally, summarization unity of action and character by Li Bao-Chun’s "Cao Cao and Chen Gong". Analysis different Texts offer what kinds of action and character in History,Novel and Beijing Opera by Text analysis. To wish the viewpoint of study and the way can offer a new viewpoint of create and study in future. To think about possible of new create, not to negate any Version.
