Abstract
This research is aimed at investigating the correlation of A Correlation Study among InnovativeLearning , Psychological Contract and Core Competence Ability in Taoyuan Country—From the Perspectives of Preschools’ Caretakers. A random sampling survey is conducted in the research to 232 teachers from 25 rivate preschools in districts of Taoyuan Country by applying questionnaire survey. Some research tools are furthered utilized, such as “investigation of basic information”, “innovative learning meter”, “psychological contract meter”, “core competence ability meter”, etc. A total of 232 questionnaires were returned 222 valid return rate of 95.6%; removing invalid questionnaires, a total of 222 valid uestionnaires were valid questionnaire. The results are analyzed by performing “Description of statistics”, “T-examination”, “one-way analysis of variance”, “Pearson product-moment correlation”, “stepwise multiple-regression-analysis”.
The main findings of this study are as follows:
一、Preschools’ Caretakers teachers of different ages and working years have
remarkable divergent awareness of Teachers’ Innovative Learning.
二、Different school sizes have remarkable differences of Teachers’
Psychological Contract.
三、Preschools’ Caretakers teachers of different ages and working years have
remarkable divergent awareness of Teachers’ Core Competency.
四、Innovative Learning , Psychological Contract and Core Competence
Ability in Preschools’ Caretakers are highly correlated between.
五、Innovative learning and psychological contract have a high degree of
predictability Core Competence Ability.
