本系統主要目的爲建立營養資料庫代理人網路模式,以提供基本營養概念、個人飲食與營養狀況評估與營養相關教學資源。網站主機採用Windows 2000 Server,資料庫則採用Microsoft SQL Server 2000。資料庫中含有1743項台灣地區食品營養成分資料、107項治療飲食、84項嬰兒食品、182項Bowes和Church's與USDA速食與西式飲食。目前分爲三大系統,一爲營養評估系統包括:熱量計算(個人體位判斷與熱量、蛋白質、脂質、醣類需求)、飲食指南(六大類食物、食物份量、食物代換表、每日飲食建議份數)、營養成分分析(單一食物成份分析與飲食營養成分分析,包括:實際營養成分、RDA、%RDA和%kcal及建議)與運動能量消耗計算(108選項)。二爲教學資源系統包括:膳食設計與膳食療養。三爲交流互動系統包括:建議與討論和連絡我們。系統後端資料庫透過ASP提供使用者自我飲食評估,並可瞭解食物營養素含量及均衡飲食概念,同時透過教學資源系統的膳食設計與膳食療養,提供營養相關網路資源與智慧型營養資料庫代理人網路模式。
The aim of this study was to establish the web system for the data base of nutritional agent to provide the general concept of nutrition, computer aided in nutritional assessment and the teaching resource system by applying Windows 2000 Server and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to develop this system. The data bank of nutritive values of foods included 1743 Fu's nutritive values of foods in Taiwan area, 191 food values from commercial baby food and therapeutic diets, Bowes and Church's food values and USDA food values of 182 fast food and western food items. The system was divided into three parts: first was the nutritional assessment system included the energy estimate (BMI and the requirements of calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate), dietary guideline (six food groups, food exchange list and recommended daily nutrients allowances), the nutritive values analysis (the single food nutritive analysis and the dietary nutritive analysis included the global analysis and assessment) and the energy consumption of exercise (108 items). In the global analysis part which can show actual nutritive values, RDA, %RDA and %kcal values. The second part was the teaching resource system included meal plan and therapeutic diet. The third part was the active communication system included suggestion, discussion and e-mail. In conclusion, the system can provide the client for a self-administered dietary assessment and for establish the concept of balanced diet. Hence, this system can benefit for nutritional teaching via meal plan and therapeutic diet systems. This system could also be an intelligent agent available for the nutritional web system.
