    题名: 中高齡者之學習狀況、家務分工與婚姻滿意度關係之研究－以國立空中大學學生為例

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討中高齡者的學習狀況、家務分工與婚姻滿意度之關係，以國立空中大學全省十三個學習指導中心的中高齡學生為研究對象，採方便取樣方式，使用問卷調查法蒐集資料，有效樣本共1,053份（男性304份、女性749份）。研究結果摘要如下：
    一、家務分工方面：
    1.兩性中高齡者在家務分工上，有顯著差異性，在各項家務項目中，不論男性與女性都持女性擔負主要家務工作的認知，但在「照顧家人」、「祭祀及節慶活動」、「規劃家庭休閒活動」等項目，則兩性的看法不ㄧ。
    2.女性中高齡者的性別角色態度比男性趨向現代平權，但仍然負擔較多的傳統女性家務工作，與子女同住時，顯著做較多家務。
    3.年齡和居住狀況是影響男性中高齡者家務分工的重要因素，年齡愈大、與父母或配偶的父母同住時，男性中高齡顯著做較少家務。
    二、 婚姻滿意度方面：
    1.配偶的健康狀況是影響兩性中高齡者婚姻滿意度的重要因素，配偶的健康狀況良好，中高齡者會有較高的婚姻滿意度。
    2.女性中高齡者與配偶同住、與子女同住、或曾修讀婚姻或家庭相關課程科目數較多時，婚姻滿意度較高，如果負擔較多家務，會使婚姻滿意度降低。
    三、中高齡者參與學習後，配偶家務的改變情形，是影響中高齡者婚姻滿意度的重要因素，參與學習後配偶家務的增加，使男性與女性中高齡者的婚姻滿意度增加。
    The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of learning situations and division of housework on marital satisfaction for NOU students aged over 44. The objects used in study are selected from the thirteen different learning centers of the National Opening University by using the convenience samplings. A total of 1053 effective objects (male: 304; female: 749) are used for final analysis by SPSS12.0 for windows.
    The conclusions of this research are as following:
    I. Division of Housework:
    1. No matter what different between genders in housework division, they both agree that women do much more housework than their spouses. They have different opinions in only three items: taking care of family, activities of paying to the gods or the ancestors and organizing festival activities, and planning family recreational activities
    2. Women tend to have equal gender role ideology, although they still share much more housework than their spouses. Women who live with their children do more housework than women who don’t live with their children.
    3. The important factors that affect the division of housework for men are age and living condition. For men, when getting older and living with their parents or the parents-in law, they do less housework.
    II. Marital Satisfaction:
    1. When the health of their spouses is good, men and women both have greater satisfaction.
    2. Women who live with their spouses and their children, or who studied more marriage and family-related courses have greater marital satisfaction.
    III. The important factor that affected marital satisfaction was the changes of division of housework between the couples.
