The study is mainly to examine the relationships between investment climate and commercial efficiency of trade. Focus groups are based on Russian companies which have international capital and commercial activity at Russian market. This study was conducted via questionnaires survey to collect the data for empirical analysis. Among 100 copies of questionnaires sending, the total valid responding quantitative are 76 copies and the rate is 76%. The results of empirical analysis indicate existence of interconnection between investment climate and commercial efficiency of trade. The study shows correlation between improvement of investment climate and increasing of commercial efficiency of trade. The most of being interviewed have stable growth of their trade turnover and incomes. As well as they give positive judgments upon economic processes, which took place at Russian Federation, and political processes for growing of investment climate. Finally, the research provides several suggestions for management and academic research.
