Abstract:	本研究主要研究目的為：探討俄羅斯投資環境之改善與貿易經營績效之影響。本研究以問卷調查法蒐集研究資料、共發出100份問卷、回收76份有效問卷、有效問卷回收率為76%。本研究主要目的、當國家經濟發展政策之政策對外來投資與國際貿易有何影響。在探討自變數投資環境之狀況、其中包括政治與法律、經濟、社會文化、教育四變項與依變數貿易經營績效、包括銷售成長率與經營利潤率兩個變項的相互關係。由於俄羅斯政府對俄羅斯投資環境大力改善之成效、從2000年到2006年外來投資金額從109億5仟8佰萬美金成長到551億9百萬美金、共成長了高達5倍之多。同時從2000年到2006年間、俄羅斯國際貿易量從1490億美金成長到4680億美金、高達近4倍。俄羅斯政府改善投資環境成效、呈現國際貿易高度成長。最後、本研究根據研究結果、針對管理實務以及後續學術研究方面提出相關建議的說明。 The study is mainly to examine the relationships between investment climate and commercial efficiency of trade. Focus groups are based on Russian companies which have international capital and commercial activity at Russian market. This study was conducted via questionnaires survey to collect the data for empirical analysis. Among 100 copies of questionnaires sending, the total valid responding quantitative are 76 copies and the rate is 76%. The results of empirical analysis indicate existence of interconnection between investment climate and commercial efficiency of trade. The study shows correlation between improvement of investment climate and increasing of commercial efficiency of trade. The most of being interviewed have stable growth of their trade turnover and incomes. As well as they give positive judgments upon economic processes, which took place at Russian Federation, and political processes for growing of investment climate. Finally, the research provides several suggestions for management and academic research.
