    Abstract: 做至少200個primer之RAPD分析,並從中挑出與高開花數、高結果數、及高果重有關的引子,而這些與耐熱性狀有關的引子,將是日後要育出耐熱性高且品質高的番茄品種之指標.利用RAPD的技術來找出與番茄耐熱數量性狀基因連鎖的一些分子標記, 配合傳統回交育種的方法 (backcross/QTL marker-assisted selection) (Tanksley et al. 1996)來快速、有效且正確地選育出耐熱性高且高品質的番茄品種.這對於熱帶、亞熱帶地區或其他因特殊經濟或環境所需求的地區都可以提供一些不同遺傳變異的耐熱番茄品種.
