    Abstract: 本研究藉由改變4,4’-二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽(4,4’ - diphenylmethane diisocyanate,MDI)/聚己內酯二元醇(polycaprolactone diol,PCL diol)/1,4-丁二醇(1,4-butanediol,BDO)及三羥甲基丙烷(trimethylol propane, TMP)等不同莫耳比製備形狀記憶型聚氨基甲酸酯(Shape Memory Polyurethane,SMPU);並探討改變不同單體莫耳比及添加不同濃度奈米銀溶液對其物性及形狀記憶性的影響,並應用於棉織物加工及探討經奈米Ag-SMPU處理之棉織物其防縐、抗菌性及物性之變化。經由實驗發現,隨著SMPU之硬鏈節含量的增加,SMPU熱裂解溫度及軟鏈節熔點皆會明顯的下降。除此,當SMPU添加奈米銀,將會造成SMPU的強力、延伸比下降,而形狀記憶能力亦會下降,但少量奈米銀反而有提升SMPU形狀記憶能力之效果。此外,SMPU溶液壓吸於棉織物上時,隨SMPU溶液濃度上升,織物硬挺性及形狀記憶效果也隨之提升,且當以奈米Ag複合SMPU對棉織物進行加工時,其加工物不僅可獲得良好之抗菌性,且織物柔軟度亦可提升而獲得較佳手感,但奈米銀將造成SMPU的形狀記憶效果下降,並使棉織物的防縐效果減低。
    In this article, we have been investigated that synthesizing and properties of shape memory polyurethane (SMPU). The shape memory polyurethane was synthesized from PCL diol(polycaprolactone diol), MDI (4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate), BDO(1,4-butanediol) and TMP (trimethylol propane) in variour molar ratios. Besides, the various concentrations of Nano-silver were indueed into SMPU. The influence of monomer molar ratios and Nano-silver on thermal, mechanical and shape memory behavior of SMPU nanocomposite films were investigated. In this article, the cotton fabrics were padded with nano-silver and SMPU emulsion composite was, and then antibarcterical ability, softness and the wrinkle free properties of finished cotton fabrics extensively were studied. From the experimental results, degradation temperature and soft segment crystal melting temperature of SMPU decreased with the content of hard segment increased. When SMPU induced into Nano-silver, the strain and stress of SMPU nanocomposites and shape memory ability will be decreased with concentrations of Nano-silver increasing. On the contrary, if SMPU which added a low concentration of Nano-silver, will enhance shape memory ability. When cotton fabrics were coated by the SMPU solutions , the softness of finished cotton fabrics decreased with increasing concentration of SMPU solution. The cotton fabrics treated with nano Ag/SMPU will obtain excellent antibacterial properties, but shape memory of SMPU and wrinkle free of finished cotton fabrics decrease with hybrided nano-Ag .
