    Title: 癲癇症學童學校的學習與社會適應及支援需求之探討

    Abstract: 本研究主要在探討癲癇症學童學校的學習與社會適應及支援需求情形。研究對象為國小癲癇症學童共三名。研究方法採質性研究,以訪談方式對三位就讀台北市國民小學的癲癇症學童、教師及母親做訪談。
    研究結果如下:
    1.癲癇症學童在學校的學習適應情形,除兒童本身的個別差異
    外,依癲癇症控制的穩定情形而不同。
    2.癲癇症學童在學校的社會適應情形顯示尚佳。
    3.癲癇症學童在學校的學習適應支援需求,需要教師在教材和教法上作調整,安排補救教學,並給予學習上的激勵和增強。
    4.癲癇症學童在學校的社會適應支援需求是教師要多給予學童關懷、獎勵,同學多與他互動。此外,需要個別的心理諮商以及教導人際社交的技巧。
    根據研究結果,提出建議以供學術界及學校的教師等相關人員參考,以提升癲癇症學童學校的學習與社會適應品質。
    The main purpose of this research is to probe into the condition of learning and social adaptation and demanding aid of epileptic students. There were three epileptic primary school students who were the object of this research. The research method was in qualitative way; we interviewed three epileptic children at primary school in Taipei, their teachers and their mothers.
    The following is the result of the research:
    1. The learning adaptation condition of epileptic children at school; it’s different according to the controlled condition of seizures and epilepsy besides individual differences.
    2. The society adaptation condition of epileptic children at school is not bad.
    3. Epileptic children need teachers to adjust teaching materials and teaching methods, arrange remedy teaching and offer learning encouragement and reinforcement in aid demand of learning adaptation at school.
    4. Epileptic children need teachers to offer more concern, reward and more interaction with other students in aid demand of society adaptation at school. Besides, they need individual mental consultation and to be taught the skill of social intercourse on human relationships.
    According to the result of this research, we provided the teachers and related members of academia and school with the result of this research to promote the adaptation quality of epileptic children at school.
