    Abstract: 1.回應現今住宅支出負擔占據大部分家戶所得資源的情形，可能產生的影響及社會問題 2.檢視家戶消費支出總額、消費分配及儲蓄對住宅支出負擔類型及負擔程度的反應，有助於瞭解家戶在高住宅支出負擔的「生存之道」及其困境 3.透過檢視住宅負擔減輕是否有能有效刺激家戶消費或引導家戶消費至其他項目，對減輕住宅負擔之住宅政策提出建議
