Abstract:	由於永續轉型迫在眉睫，但我國對於能源的社會學習卻仍面臨許多不確定性，本研究希望探索以社會實踐突破我國發展式國家較僵固的轉型社會學習，因而本研究採取行動研究進行社區擾動，主動在台北天母地區投入社區型微水力公民電廠的規劃與建置，計畫將透過三年時間投入社區公民的號召、溝通、規劃、建置和營運。研究團隊則透過參與觀察、問卷、訪談等方式了解社區參與者在此微水力公民電廠實踐過程中的轉型學習成果，希望能藉此了解公民電廠實做過程對於社區居民轉型學習的影響，共同為台灣尋求更公正、更永續，也更互利的轉型學習模式。
