Abstract:	針對市場常見的「廠商部分所有權」特性,本計畫提供了廣泛的設定及完整的分析，使我們在理論上能有系統地明瞭何種廠商所有權型式、何種中間財市場的定價模式及何種環境政策較能促成廠商進行交叉持股及重視環境企業社會責任、提高企業自願排放限制、減少環境損害及增進社會福利,並在實務上與現實下的產業現況做一比較連結。整體而言,此計畫所設定議題有較為完備的分析,結果預期將有助於政府在制訂環境政策及產業政策時能有學術理論的支持而作出更為全面的考量。
