    Abstract: 台灣積體電路股份有限公司(以下統稱台積電)不僅為臺灣半導體之龍頭,也是全球半導體產業市場之標竿,本研究將以台灣經濟新報(TEJ)資料庫資料為基礎,對於台積電之上市上櫃之73家供應鏈企業管理,例如ESG永續經營,以及碳排放等數據之研究,透過永續作業程序建置,以及資料包絡分析法,與集中式資料包絡分析法測量企業碳排放之績效分析,最終以迴歸分析,透過規模報酬變動,以及永續作業的建構,最終提供規模績效低落與碳排縮減之改善計畫,並且能更加了解台積電之上市上櫃供應鏈管理,如何達到國際半導體產業永續經營之標準。

    Semiconductor industry Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinaf-ter referred to as TSMC) is not only the leader of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry, but also the benchmark of the global semiconductor industry market. Management of 73 sup-ply chain companies listed on OTC, such as ESG sustainable management, research on carbon emissions and other data, through the establishment of sustainable operation pro-cedures, and data envelopment analysis, and centralized data envelopment analysis Meth-od to measure the performance value of corporate carbon emissions, and finally use re-gression analysis to provide an improvement plan for low-scale performance and carbon emission reduction through the change of return to scale and the construction of sustaina-ble operations, and can better understand TSMC’s listing on the OTC Supply chain man-agement, how to meet the sustainable management standards of the international semi-conductor industry.
