| 摘要: | 商辦建物升降設備需求受多重因素影響，包括經濟、城市化、建築產業、人口變化和技術創新。隨著人口和城市化增加，商辦建物對升降設備的需求也增加。技術進步將引發需求變化，商辦建物在遴選設備供應商時需充分考慮品質、品牌、產品服務和環保節能等因素，並建立有效的評估體系和模型以提高選擇準確性。透過本研究能提供供應商在研發生產及產品服務時可依據客戶需求綜合考量。
本研究主題在採用結合DEMATEL與ANP的多準則決策方法透過文獻回顧篩選出有關遴選商辦建物升降設備供應商的關鍵因子，經過文獻分析探討後，對升降設備具有相當理解程度的產、官、學代表為研究對象，包括7位產業界之高階專業經理人，7位主管機關或公協會代表，7位大學教授或助理教授級以上學者共計21位產、官、學者進行問卷調查。進一步整合決策實驗分析法和網路層級分析法分析測度遴選升降設備關鍵因子間的相互作用與關聯性，以獲得商辦建物遴選升降設備供應商關鍵因素之因果圖和相對重要性，協助管理者訂定相關經營決策。
The demand for commercial building lifting equipment is affected by multiple factors, including economy, urbanization, construction industry, demographic changes and technological innovation. As population and urbanization increase, the demand for lifting equipment in commercial and office buildings also increases. Technological progress will lead to changes in demand. Commercial buildings need to fully consider factors such as quality, brand, product service, environmental protection and energy conservation when selecting equipment suppliers, and establish effective evaluation systems and models to improve the accuracy of selection. This research can provide suppliers with comprehensive considerations based on customer needs when develop-ing, producing and product services.
The subject of this research screens out the factors related to the selection of lift-ing equipment for commercial buildings through literature review. After literature analysis and discussion, representatives from industry, government and academia who have a considerable understanding of lifting equipment are the research objects, in-cluding 7 senior professional managers in the industry. People, 7 representatives of competent authorities or public associations, 7 university professors or scholars above the level of assistant professors, a total of 21 industry officials and scholars conducted a questionnaire survey, and first evaluated the interaction between various factors in the selection of commercial building lifting equipment based on 9 criteria. Integrate DEMETEL to analyze the interaction and correlation among the key factors in the se-lection of lifting equipment, so as to obtain the causality diagram of the key factors in the selection of lifting equipment suppliers for commercial buildings, and assist man-agers in making relevant business decisions. |
