This study aims to explore the correlation between parenting attitudes, self-efficacy and Internet usage habits of junior high school students. The researcher conducted a questionnaire survey on 313 junior high school students in Keelung City. This study uses the "Parenting Attitude Survey Scale", "Middle School Students Self-Efficacy Scale", and "Internet Usage Habit Scale" as research tools. The data obtained from the research data were collected and analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson product-difference correlation, and multiple stepwise regression. The main research conclusions are as follows:
    1. The parenting attitudes of junior high school students in Keelung City are mostly "democratic"; the "Internet usage behavior" of junior high school students is at a medium level, and they do not have a high tendency to become addicted to the Internet; "self-efficacy" is at a medium level.
    2. Parenting attitudes have significant differences in the background variables of "family type", "parents' occupation", "parents' age" and "father's education level".
    3. The Internet usage behavior of junior high school students has significant differences in the "gender" variable; self-efficacy has significant differences in "mother's occupation" and "father's education level".
    4. Parents' "democratic" parenting attitude is negatively correlated with junior high school students' "Internet usage habits" and positively correlated with "self-efficacy"; "laissez-faire" is positively correlated with "Internet usage habits" and is positively correlated with "self-efficacy" "Self-efficacy" showed a negative correlation; "authoritarian type" and "divergent type" showed a positive correlation with "Internet usage habits" and a negative correlation with "self-efficacy". There is a negative correlation between "Internet usage habits" and "self-efficacy" of junior high school students.
    5. The "laissez-faire" parenting attitude has a positive impact on the "Internet usage habits" of junior high school students, and the "democratic" parenting attitude has a negative impact on the "Internet usage habits" of junior high school students; "democratic" parenting attitudes Attitude has a positive impact on "self-efficacy"; father's "laissez-faire" parenting style has a negative impact on "self-efficacy"; "self-efficacy" has a negative impact on "Internet usage habits".
Based on the above research conclusions, relevant suggestions are put forward to provide educational units, educators, parents and future relevant researchers as a reference.
