    摘要: 本研究探討國小低年級學童在體育課中的學習成效,研究發現,國小低年級學童對運動有一定的參與度和意願,即使大多數學童在放學後會參加安親班或課後班,且國小低年級學童的身體素養與體育課學習成效有顯著的相關性,學童的身體活動知識和運動技能對他們的學習效果有直接影響。
    研究顯示,國小低年級學童在跳繩和球類運動技能測試中的表現有明顯的進步,這反映了體育課中學生若願意去實踐且練習時間足夠,則運動能力與運動知識會提升,而體育課的平時表現良好老師在體育課教學上也比較有時間增加更多的練習,此階段的學生己具備身體素養的能力增進學童體能和技能的重要性
    本研究目的:
    一、探討國小學低年級在體育課學習之特性。
    二、探討國小低年級學童體育課的學習成效及其差異性
    三、記述及省思體育課在實施身體素養之教學過程
    This study investigates the learning outcomes of lower grade elementary school students in physical education classes. The research found that lower grade elementary students have a certain level of participation and willingness towards sports, even though most of them attend after-school care programs. There is a significant correlation between these students' physical literacy and their learning outcomes in physical education classes. The knowledge of physical activities and sports skills directly impact their learning effectiveness.
    The study shows that lower grade elementary students have made significant progress in jump rope and ball game skills tests. This indicates that if students are willing to practice and have sufficient practice time, their sports abilities and knowledge will improve. Moreover, students who perform well in physical education classes give teachers more time to incorporate additional practice. At this stage, students already possess the capability to enhance their physical fitness and skills, highlighting the importance of physical education.
    Objectives of this study:
    1. To explore the characteristics of physical education learning in lower grade elementary students.
    2. To investigate the learning outcomes and differences in physical education among lower grade elementary students.
    3. To describe and reflect on the teaching process of physical literacy in physical education classes.
