    This study explores the impact and trends of the fitness industry in the artificial intelligence (AI) era, with an in-depth examination of the impact of AI technology on the fitness industry. The fitness and health industry is crucial in contemporary society, significantly affecting individual health and socio-economic development. The introduction of AI technology has made fitness more personalized, including personalized fitness plans, exercise monitoring, virtual exercise experiences, and health management applications. These applications not only enhance the experience of exercisers but also significantly improve the efficiency, innovation, and sustainability of the industry. This study employs qualitative research methods, combining focusing group interviewing and literature analysis to deeply investigate the impact of AI technology on the fitness industry and the perspectives and views of the participants. The research findings show that AI technology has notable advantages in enhancing personalized experiences and reshaping interaction methods. Respondents generally believe that AI technology can design tailor-made fitness plans based on individual health data and exercise preferences and provide more efficient and targeted guidance through real-time feedback and data analysis. Data privacy and security challenges in AI technology were emphasized, indicating the need for stringent data protection measures to gain users' trust. Furthermore, the study found that AI technology has profound implications for transforming professional roles. Fitness coaches and exercise scientists need to adapt to technological advancements and undergo relevant training to utilize AI technology to enhance service quality fully. Regarding ethical and moral considerations, the study stresses that technological applications should consider social justice and individual privacy, ensuring responsible use of technology. AI technology is expected to lead to more innovation trends in the fitness industry, including more advanced wearable devices, intelligent exercise analysis systems, and comprehensive health management platforms. These technologies will further enhance the accuracy and efficiency of personal health management and provide more interactive and immersive exercise experiences. Overall, this study provides practical insights for the sustainable development of the fitness and health industry, highlighting the potential of AI technology in enhancing personalized services, reshaping professional roles, ensuring data security, and promoting technological innovation, thereby offering important references for future industry development and policy-making.
