    Title: 幼兒園教保服務人員情緒勞務、工作滿意度與幸福感之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在幼兒園教保服務人員的情緒勞務、工作滿意度與幸福感之間的關係,並分析不同背景變項的幼兒園教保人員的情緒勞務、工作滿意度與幸福感之差異。探討幼兒園教保人員的情緒勞務、工作滿意度與幸福感之相關。
    本研究採問卷調查法,以現職教保服務人員為研究對象,針對幼兒園的教保服務人員進行問卷調查,以網際網路Goole表單方式寄發問卷,共回收309份,回收率達99%,去除不完整或無效問卷2份,得有效問卷307份。
    所得資料使用SPSS統計軟體進行分析,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析皮爾遜積差相關方法進行資料分析。
    歸納研究結果,得到結論如下:
    一、幼兒園教保服務人員的整體情緒勞務屬中上程度。
    二、幼兒教保服務人員的整體工作滿意度屬中上程度。
    三、幼兒教保服務人員的整體幸福感屬中上程度。
    四、不同背景變項的幼兒園教保服務人員對情緒勞務、工作滿意度及幸福感都有顯著影響。
    五、幼兒園教保服務人員情緒勞務、工作滿意度及幸福感有正相關。
    歸納研究結果,針對主管機關、幼兒園及教保服務人員提出建議:
    一、行政機關提高薪資待遇、有專業發展機會及心理支持助於提升教保人員的工作滿意度和幸福感。
    二、改善幼兒園的工作環境與福利,適當調整師生比例以減輕教保人員的工作壓力。
    三、幫助教保人員提升情緒勞務管理能力,增強工作滿意度,並提升整體幸福感,從而在職業生涯中取得更大的成功與滿足。
    This study aims to explore the relationship between emotional labor, job satisfaction, and well-being among preschool educators, and to analyze the differences in these aspects across various background variables. The study investigates the correlation between emotional labor, job satisfaction, and well-being among preschool educators.
    The research adopts a questionnaire survey method, targeting currently employed preschool educators. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms, with a total of 309 responses collected, achieving a response rate of 99%. After removing 2 incomplete or invalid responses, 307 valid questionnaires were obtained.
    The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software, employing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis.
    1.The conclusions derived from the research results are as follows:
    2.The overall emotional labor of preschool educators is at an above-average level.
    3.The overall job satisfaction of preschool educators is at an above-average level.
    4.The overall well-being of preschool educators is at an above-average level.
    5.Different background variables of preschool educators have a significant impact on emotional labor, job satisfaction, and well-being.
    There is a positive correlation between emotional labor, job satisfaction, and well-being among preschool educators.
    1.Based on the research findings, the following recommendations are proposed for administrative agencies, preschools, and preschool educators:
    2.Administrative agencies should improve salary treatment, provide professional development opportunities, and offer psychological support to enhance job satisfaction and well-being among preschool educators.
    3.Improve the working environment and welfare in preschools, and appropriately adjust the teacher-student ratio to reduce the workload and stress on preschool educators.
    3.Help preschool educators enhance their emotional labor management skills, increase job satisfaction, and improve overall well-being, thereby achieving greater success and fulfillment in their careers.
